Living and working in the canal environment Dorothy has developed an in depth appreciation of the design issues linked to waterways and has contributed to a number of successful public realm studies. Dorothy is committed to living as ‘lightly’ as possible and is inspired by elegant, ‘low impact’ design solutions.

  • Feasibility studies and sketch designs for country parks, community gardens and primary school grounds with the Learning Through Landscapes ‘Supergrounds’ programme.
  • Landscape design for new marina at Alvechurch as part of the Riversley Park river corridor.
